Greenfield Housing Recovery Grant Program

The Greenfield Housing Recovery Grant Program is designed to accelerate the replacement and expansion of housing lost during the May 2024 tornado by providing per-unit development grants to qualified developers constructing new housing within Greenfield city limits. Learn more here.

Youth Programming Grant

The Foundation’s Youth Programming Grant supports organizations and programs that promote physical activity and/or healthy eating in youth.

T.N. Howe Grant


In memory of T.N. Howe, this grant fosters growth in vital community organizations, such as the Adair County Health Foundation, Greenfield Chamber/Mainstreet, and Warren Cultural Center. The T.N. Howe Grant also helps fund youth development and social and recreational organizations.
