The Greenfield Housing Recovery Grant Program is designed to accelerate the replacement and expansion

of housing lost during the May 2024 tornado by providing per-unit development grants to qualified

developers constructing new housing within Greenfield city limits.

The program aims to:

• Replace housing units lost in the May 2024 tornado

• Encourage multi-unit and neighborhood-scale development

• Improve housing diversity (workforce, senior, rental, ownership)

• Reduce financial barriers developers face in rural housing markets
