Habitat for Humanity has announced plans to build two new affordable homes in Greenfield at 406 SE 3rd and 408 SE 3rd. These homes will provide qualified families with an affordable pathway to homeownership, ensuring that homebuyers won’t spend more than 30% of their income on mortgage payments. This program not only makes owning a home accessible but also prepares participants through comprehensive homebuyer education. Each homeowner invests “sweat equity” hours, volunteering with Habitat to help keep these homes affordable and contribute to the vibrant community of Greenfield. Please see attached flyer for additional information.
